Lowongan Soap Manager di PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia

This role is responsible to manage and control operation of Soap Plant to ensure plant to meet production volume target, quality specification and customer requirement, optimally and cost effective on time in full (OTIF), comply with environment and sustainability standard, include in maintaining and improving oleo chemical factory human resource morale, skill and knowledge.

Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role:​

• Fully involve in the commissioning process of the plant and ensure standards have been met
• Provide technical expertise and support in the day production activities
• Oversees and drives the achievement of the production goals
• Drive improvement and efficiencies throughout the process, delivery of operational excellence and TPM
• Manage production costs and improve deployment of resources to improve profitability
• Support implementation of innovation and project initiatives within the plant
• Ensure proper documentation of the production process and SOPs in line with the corporate guidelines
• Prepare environmental impact and safety assessments as well as creating and maintaining a work environment that is clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Making the right decision for the operational issues to avoid accidents, damage to equipment and lost production time
• Proactive in implementing management systems and productivity improvement programs implemented by the company
• Evaluate the production target base on quality and quantity
• Evaluate the performance of subordinates and do appraisal

Qualification & Competency Required: 

• Willing to be relocated to Sei Mangkei, Simalungun North Sumatera, Indonesia
• Possess at least Bachelor degree majoring chemical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the industrial, chemicals manufacturing or FMCG Production Manufacturing experience and managerial role
• Experience of leading and delivering Project Services Greenfield and Brownfield projects is preferred
• Broad familiarity with saponification procedures and techniques
• Well versed in English both written or verbally
• Good analytical skill, sharp and energetic​
