Position Overview

Based at our plant in Cikarang, we are currently seeking:

RMPM Supervisor Raw & Production Material

(Bekasi Cikarang)

Reporting to Production Manager, the successful candidate for this position will be responsible in supervising and managing raw material and production material process to ensure accurate, effective, and efficient production activities that meet target and customers expectation.

Key Accountabilities

·      Plan, monitor, and review production activities and other related operational process

·      Supervise overall management of raw and production materials based on quality and SOP and MO that support effective production planning.

·      Continuous communication with internal cross-function teams (supply chain, planner, quality, purchasing) to ensure timely and standard achievement.

·      Review the inventory level and involved the inventory management by coordinating with departments in the company and planner.

·      Implement action plans to improve team performance that meet and exceed criterias in process and results.

·      Provide leadership to promote effective people management in daily practices and strict maintenance of standards.

·      Propose improvement in strategies, execute and lead process development.

·      Maintaining updated relevant documents and preparing reports, statistics for planning and further internal analysis.

Profile

·      Preferably Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science-related majors with GPA > 3.00.

·      At least 3 years of experience managing team as Supervisor in Production line, preferably from food industry.

·      Comprehensive understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMS, FIFO/FEFO, and Halal principle.

·      Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, ability to work well with details.

·      Computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP, or other ERP packages).

·      Proficient business level of English.
