- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH
- Create Sales Invoice/e-faktur/WHT
- Create Payment Vouchers daily and update tracking
- Enter accurate data into Excel Tracking
- Record transactions and events relating to finance costs
- Assist in reconciliation of records.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment.
- Maintain vendor files/invoices
- Issue and maintain accurate petty cash report
- Assist with employee expense reports
- Perform filing and absensi and general administrative tasks
- Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
