Job Description :

• Assisting the brand manager in crafting strategies for all Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
• activities.
• Assisting the brand manager in designing a brand management strategy
• Lead marketing activation activities and ensure our brand message is solid and consistent across all channels
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.
•  Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, PR, etc ) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.
• Identifies solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring
• Monitors budgets spend and provides timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspending/cash availability
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to create solid product concepts & product messages that align with the brand guideline & positioning and market trends

Qualification:

• Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 2 years of work experience in Brand Building/Brand Development in the FMCG industry (experience in the skincare & beauty industry is preferable).
• Proven experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Strong business mindset, analytical power, and good communication skill
• Open-minded, practical creativity and result oriented
• Passion for growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects.
