• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marine/ Ship Engineering (Teknik Sistem Perkapalan)
• At least 5 years of working experience as Technical Manager in Shipping Company.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Preferably Manager specializing in Engineering - Marine Engineering or equivalent. Job role in Marine/Naval Engineer or Management.
• Full-Time position available.
• Experience in budget planning control
• Experience in preparation and execution of dry-docking and new vessel building
• Experience implementing ISM Code and PMS
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Possess strong interpersonal, high integrity, leadership, able to work under pressure and good analytical thinking,
• Having computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel on a regular basis

Job Description

• Making and present Report in Technical Area to BOD 
• Maintaining maintenance schedules and ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs
• Making and monitoring Department Technical Annual Budget
• Ensuring ships meet required safety standards and maintaining documentation to that effect is an ongoing duty.
• Monitoring Vessel New Building and Dry Dock
• Make sure all of his/her sub ordinate implementing ISM Code and PMS
