Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  1. Perform the planning of operation and maintenance of the wind turbine (WTG) system & sub-system.
  2. Monitor, inspect and analyze electrical, instrument & mechanical system and equipment to identify any issues and come up with solutions to fix them.
  3. Writing up reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.
  4. Reading and understanding the corrective & preventive maintenance standard procedures/ manual and liaising with other professionals (internal & external).
  5. Review and repair the faulty equipment, electrical, instrument, and mechanical equipment works to which he has been assigned to ensure that targets are achieved.
  6. Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures to ensure an excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectations.
  7. Maintains continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies on an ongoing basis.
  8. Maintaining inventory records for equipment, tools, and supplies.
  9. Helping develop and implement the budget for the Wind Turbine (WTG) department.
  10. Having technical, operational, and maintenance skills for Wind turbine generators, SCADA/process controllers, electrical relays and testing equipment, low voltage/medium voltage electrical systems and protective systems, field instrument devices and testing equipment, operations and maintenance procedures, environmental regulations, and plant safety procedures. 
  11. Having a minimum Diploma or trade qualification who graduates from the plant apprentice program, with proven minimum experience of 2 years in the Electrical, instrument & mechanical area also deep knowledge of the practical application of electrical, instrument & mechanical equipment & safety legal requirements. And has a K3 certification of Technician Electrician, K3 Working at Height/Rope Access, including manufacturer certification for wind turbines, GWO certified (GWO BTT/BST/BR) will be a plus.
