Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reviewing any applicable laws and regulations relevant to the projects and business of the company and providing legal advice to internal team.
- Preparing any corporate legal documents (e.g., board or shareholders resolutions), liaising with the notary in the preparation of any notarial deeds required for the projects or the company (e.g., amendment of articles of associations, company establishment documents).
- Preparing and/or reviewing documents, or agreements with counterparties, including with suppliers/vendors, government agencies, PLN and other stakeholders.
- Assisting the development team in the process of application of any approvals, permits, or licenses required for the projects (mainly through the OSS RBA system).
- Preparing and submitting any mandatory reports (including the investment activity reports/LKPM), or any other reports that must be submitted by the company in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
- To the extent required, liaising with external counsels with respect to certain projects or issues that require the involvement of external counsels.
