Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Checking tax invoice in from A/P section
Tax rate register
Checking for all tax payment (PPh 21,23,25,26,4 ayat 2 and value added tax)
Checking for tax report and getting signature for that
Keep filling for report tax after submit to Tax Office
Tax Reconciliation
Reconciliation expenses payable
Staff advance reconciliation
Imprest Reconciliation
Reporting to Bank Indonesia on monthly basis
Preparing tax statutory MIS report
Preparing detail for entertainment expenses
Submit report LKPM to BKPM (Karawang, Bandung, Jakarta)
Keep legal document of company15. Keep cash in safe custody and balance matching with bank
Prepare supporting report and document for financial audit report half yearly/yearly
Preparing supporting report and document for tax audit, statutory audit and custom audit
Pay all company tax in time
Report all company tax in time
Willing work under pressure

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION :

Age : 28-35 years
Qualification : D-3 or S-1 Degree in Accounting
Skill : Strong Interpersonal skill, Good communication skill, Proactive & Organized
Experience : At least 5 years relevant
