Job Purpose:
To promote services to new potential and existing customer, increase volume and develop new business and negotiate with aim of maximizing profits of Shipco Indonesia. Act as key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
Responsibility:
- Processing new sales leads
- Supporting sales on communicating with related parties (overseas, suppliers or other dept) and creating quotations
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team, their clients and ops Monitoring customer accounts and ensure that prices or contract are up to date
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team Answering phone calls & contacting customers to answer queries & obtain missing information
- Checking Data Accuracy by issuing complete sales commitment to Ops
- Handle all administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences
- Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, volume and other key data
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution or escalate to the correct pic. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualification
Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree of business studies / management or equivalent
Working experience
Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 (one) year experience in administration
Knowledge and Skill
- Must demonstrate attention to detail to accommodate customer’s requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments.
- Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company, such as sales, operations, accounts.
- Require excellent customer service skills to enable them to deal politely and effectively with customers’ inquiries or complaints.
- Able to work in a fast paced environmentÂ
Competencies:
1. Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills.
2. English business writing and speak English fluently
