Lowongan Legal Staff di PT Rohto Laboratories Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and provide legal opininion, legal advisory, and interpretation service to management and employee to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review agreements and other legal document such as agreement with supplier, distribution agreement, toll manufacturing agreement and insurance polis
• Liaise with related party to ensure that agreements and legal document are promptly acted upon
• Liasion with state and local government bodies such as BKPM, Deperindag, Depnakertrans, Immigration, and district office And Ensure all the licenses are renewed on timely basis
• Support for litigation process
• Process & monitoring all necessary approvals and license for relevant business activities
• Updating the progress related to legal agreements and other legal document in document library & do others general administration

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in law with reputable university and minimal GPA is 3.00
• Minimum 2 years as a legal staff. Having background in pharmaceutical industry/consumer health care industry is an advantange
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects 
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
• Have a good Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Communication, Developing & Maintaining Relationships
• Attention to detail             
• Never give up attitude
• Hold driving license and have an own motorcycle
• Willing to be placed in Head Office - Jakarta
