This position is for Business Process Management in our Company.

Requirement:

• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Understand ISO 9001 & 45001
• Auditor certificate would preferable

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and control internal & external audit activities (ISO 9001, ISO 450001, SMK3, and program management)
• Serves as an external audit MR representative for both the customer and certification institution
• Create an internal audit checklist, confirm an audit deviation report to be submitted to the audited process owner
• Verify the effectiveness of internal audit corrective actions according to the completion target of the auditee
• Coordinate with PMO and Cross departments in preparing quality & K3 documents (new or revised)
• Responsible for the quality document control process (online and offline, distribution, access, maintenance, change of validity period)
• Carry out socialization of quality awareness and K3 as well as all related document changes to all departments
• Controlling and evaluating the implementation of ISO (program)
• Helping Business Process Improvement in standardizing the SOP development process, project management, and business improvement
