Qualifications

1. Maximum age 35 years old
2. Minimum D1, preferably majoring in hotel & restaurant management, or other relevant majors
3. At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in Restaurant
4. Dress neatly, confident, communicative, and responsive
5. Strong and reliable leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
6. Fluent in English and able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

1. Ensure all restaurant operations run according to standards
2. Ensure all teams in the restaurant run the SOP
3. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the restaurant team
4. Provide employee performance evaluation assessment
5. Control petty cash, stock material, food cost, revenue, etc.
6. Coordinate with management and external parties
