Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or relevant subjects.
• 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Have knowledge on HRGA concepts, government regulation, and audit requirements
• Previous experience in manufacturing companies and bonded zones (preferable)
• Good analytical thinking
• Preferable join immediately

Job Description:

• Handling HRGA daily operation and activities (including payroll and vendor procurement).
• Conduct counseling and training for employees.
• Support and handle all aspects of Industrial Relations such as company regulations, employee insurance needs, and other company administration.
• Responsible for the process procurement of factory needs.
• Manage and ensure cleaning and security services are running well and in accordance with procedures.
