Job Desc:

• Ensure the client corporate actions such as Initial Public Offering, Rights Issue, Private Placement, Merger and Acquisition, and other various corporate actions are completed successfully.

• Coordinate and consult with Capital Market Institutions (OJK, BEI & KSEI) and Supporting Professionals (Public Accounting Firm, Legal Consultant, Public Appraisal Service Office, Securities Administration Agency) to carry out the client corporate actions.

• Engage in the due diligence process in gathering information regarding the client's business processes, operations, and financial aspects to be used as a basis for information in the preparation of a Prospectus that is used in the process of issuing equity or debt securities, through intensive discussions with the clients, field visits, and document studies.

• Assist clients in doing various things related to pre-IPO activities such as financial restructuring in which there is the capitalization of retained earnings, restructuring of shareholders, acquisitions, movement of fund flows, and others.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably from Economy major

· Have license for WPEE is a must

· Preferably has worked on an IPO Project

· Excellent communicator & well organized
