Lowongan HR Supervisor (Mandarin Skill) di PT Indonesia Equipment Centre

1. Supervise end to end HR activities within the company and manage employee lifecycle such as: Manpower planning, internal recruitment, assessment, onboarding, learning and development, performance appraisal, management culture and engagement, compensation and benefit, retention and succession planning, separation, standard operating procedure (SOP) and regulatory reporting.
2. Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the business objectives and priorities.
3. Working closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
4. Establishing HR Policies; Make sure all activities and behavior within the company are aligned with the company's purpose, values, culture, and policies.
5. Develop internal HR system/workflow/Standard Operating Procedure and make adjustments accordingly.
6. Analyze and consult with management for current and future business needs..
7. Willing to travel if needed (Site Area).

Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree in applicable fields such as Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or any related field.
2. Minimum 3 years experience as HR Manager preferably in Heavy Equipment Business.
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English
4. Strong background in planning and organizing team.
5. Strong leadership, management skills, coaching and counselling skills, analytical and problem solving skills,
6. Employee oriented and result.
