8. Familier with TAR/Shutdown, Well Services, Pipeline & process Services 

Job Description :

1. Assist on maintaining and continuously improve the QHSE management system of QA/QC Department/Section for daily activities 

2. Implementing the QA/QC system to ensure quality targets are achieved.

3. Prepare and implement project specific inspection and testing plan

4. Conduct briefing in line with the quality standards and good practices

5. Monitor and update schedule and status of quality assessment. 

6. Ensure Quality plan is reviewed and updated accordingly as per project requirement.

7. Performing quality control on all work being on material control, prior to welding and machining, final visual and dimensional check

8. Raise non-conformance report and submit to Immediate Superior

8. Interact with customers and attend to their needs.

9. Prepare test procedure whenever needed, check Data Book upon completion of jobs

10. Ensure that calibration records of measuring devices are available, updated and maintained.

11. Perform in-process inspection according to procedures and customer's specifications

12. Responsible to ensure that QAQC employees adhere to HSE programs such as Safety Observation, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Permit to work system, etc

13. Responsible to ensure that QAQC Staff adhere to company’s QHSE policy, including Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy, Smoking Policy, etc

14. Reviewing (final inspection) of completed work packs and closed out

15. Provide assistance for all departments in regards to quality and any certification requirement.

16. Conduct or participate in investigation to correct non-conformities and provide corrective action to prevent recurrence.

17.Carry out inspection Equipment at our subcontractor facilities

18. Assist the QHSE Coordinator on daily activities

19.Willing to work at Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan

20.Candidates must be ready to join immediately
