Job Description

• Lead daily operations for data entry and document filing.
• Be responsible for inventory data processing.
• Ensure the availability and control of incoming documents.
• Prepare and oversee all daily reports.
• Compile monthly reports / MRM Reports.
• Maintain control of general documentation and administration.
• Manage and oversee auto PR as the final PR.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the respective area.
• Coordinate with the procurement and Finance departments regarding delivery issues.
• Adhere to existing safety and health regulations (wearing all required PPE).
• Fulfill HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management system requirements at all times while carrying out respective duties.
• Report accidents, incidents, or actions that can lead to incidents (unsafe conditions) to the supervisor and record them in the accident and incident log.
• Carry out work in accordance with safety requirements and safe work methods applicable to the job, including using appropriate safety equipment in line with environmental management system requirements.

Qualification:

• Minimum requirement of a Diploma III.
• Experience at Warehouse (Data, Reporting, and filling management) is in priority
• Experience in warehouse operations, including data management, reporting, and file management, is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in computer usage, including at least Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, and email.
• Previous experience in handling data and generating reports.
• Prioritized experience in inventory management.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Store and Warehouse Officer.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
