We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Reservation Supervisor with advanced customer service, problem solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, team members and partner.

Profile:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same position at an inbound tour operator or related fileds.
• Very good command of English language both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Familiar with hotel product knowledge and activities.
• Excellent organizational, time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Placement in Yogyakarta

What you’ll be doing:

As Reservation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily task of the Reservation team, including:

• Lead and supervise a team of Reservation, providing direction, support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Managing and ensure all service required for the Booking (hotel, ticketing, activity) is booked and confirmed.
• Liaise with suppliers/hotels through emails and phone calls.
• Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service Liaise with internal departments to resolve any reservation issues or complaints with maximum efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client's needs are met.
