- Responsible for organizes and manages the procurement process in tender and contract

- Organize and control a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors, reviewing bid proposals from vendors and following up with vendors on goods delivery

- Handle and manage Project RFQ's and PO administration to final delivery and PO close out.

- Oversees all Procurement activities associated with the effective purchasing of Project requirements in accordance with schedules, specifications and budgets.

- Provide support to project cost controls in procurement related activities, bid versus buy analysis and the preparation of cash flow plans for project purchases orders.

Qualifications:

- Recent graduates in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering

- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience

- Proactive and able to work independently

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
