Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and manage a diverse marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Oversee brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's values and market positioning.
• Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
• Drive the planning and execution of impactful digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Leverage market research and insights to identify new opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor strategies.

• Manage the company's online presence and social media channels, engaging with customers and managing reputation.

Key of Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferable, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Specialization in branding is an additional advantage, showcasing a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand storytelling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team toward common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
