La Favela Bali Night Club is currently seeking an experienced Security Guard to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring the premises: Monitoring the club and keeping an eye out for any suspicious activity to ensure that everything is in order and all areas are safe and secure.
2. Screening guests: Screening uest before they enter the club to ensure that they are of legal age and they are not carrying any prohibited item. Prevent and Filter potential dangerous customers from entering the club.
3. Enforcing club policies: Security guards may be responsible for enforcing club policies and rules, such as dress codes and rules regarding behavior standards.
4. Managing conflicts: Intervene in conflicts between guests and ensure that the situation is resolved peacefully using verbal communication or physical intervention if necessary.
5. Responding to emergencies: Emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or criminal activity. They may need to call for backup or coordinate with law enforcement to manage the situation.
6. Providing customer service: Security guards may need to provide customer service to guests, such as assisting with directions or helping with lost items. They may also need to coordinate with other staff members to handle customer service issues.

Overall the duty of Security Guards is to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, while also enforcing club policies and providing customer service when needed.

Requirements

1. Valid Security License required.
2. Minimum experience of 2 years as Security Guard at night club.
3. Exceptional physical appearance: must be physically fit and able to perform the duties required.
4. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Trained in self defense and emergency situations.
7. Knowledge of public safety and security procedures and protocols
