Hatchery Manager for PT Ayam Unggul - part of Gold Coin Group Indonesia. This position is responsible to lead, handle, and coordinate all hatchery production processes. Also controlling and evaluating Hatchery Machine Program to get production quality and quantity that matches the company target.

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of the overall management, operation, health and maintenance of the hatchery.
• Coordinate all staff and employees to implement efficient and effective work patterns.
• Controlling all hatchery production processes.
• Making DOC production estimation and delivery to Marketing Department
• Checking DOC production report before the report summary is delivered to GM
• Managing and controlling patty cash utility
• Controlling all biosecurity program implementation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science with a minimum of five years experience in the same field.
• Proven administrative, leadership, and management ability in the areas of strategic planning and organizational development.
• Strong analytical thinking to analyze Production report
• Strong hatchery management skills
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon
