Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Surya Tata Alam Raya

Job Description:

1. Responsible to lead generation for all types of sales opportunities, market penetration and customer relationship for STAR Mortar portfolio to achieve sales target 
2. Able to open new market, negotiate and closing deal with clients
3. Supports the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty, by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
4. Create and develop sales planning and activity on a monthly and yearly basis to achieve target
5. Understand overall market- competitors' strengths and weakness, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them 
6. Manage, develop and lead sales team.
7. Measure and drive team performance to further increase number of sales Ensure products and services are delivered on time based on customers' purchase requirement
8. Handling and resolving customer complaint regarding a product or service Close collaboration and maintain communications between sales, marketing, supply chain, after sales and other personnel

Qualification:

1. Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree (S1)
2. Maximum 35 years old 
3. At least 4 years of experience as Sales Retail Manager
4. Live in Jakarta and Tangerang area
5. Will be placed in Jakarta Barat Office
6. Able to use MS Excel and MS Word
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with abilty to communicate with customers and stakeholders across functions
8. Able to lead sales team to deliver results
