Lowongan Performance Marketing Lead di PT Alpha Berkah Teknologi

Responsibilities:

• Create, execute, and analyze overall digital marketing strategies, including A/B test bidding strategy, in FB/Google/Tiktok ads and Programmatic/3rd Party Networks
• Manage end to end process for partners’ management and implementation.
• Track and measure all digital marketing metrics including, but not limited to, actual spend, conversion volumes, ROAS and cost metrics, fraud rate.
• Analyze a large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.
• Optimize campaign budget effectively by planning for seasonality factor through accurate forecasting, rigorous testing, and agile optimization.
• Perform ongoing research, expansion and optimization on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (any major is welcome).
• At least 3 years of working experience in an agency setting or related jobs
• Having experience in handling digital marketing strategy and execution for application based e-commerce companies in Indonesia is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, FB Pixel, UTM Tracking, Google Analytics, Email Marketing
• Very data-driven approach to campaign optimization & comfortable large amounts of data.
• Strategic Campaign Planning & Budget Management Experience (know how to plan out a digital performance campaign) + Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
• Experience in testing new channels and trends (Tik Tok, etc)
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Independence, drive and ability to work in a team
