Scope of Role  

As Producer for Careers & Connect Platform at SEEK Asia, you will report to the Senior Manager, Production & Creatives and be part of a team of passionate creatives, who share the goal of engaging and delighting key audiences. 

We are looking for passionate and eager Producer to be a part of our growing regional team. As a producer, you’ll be our go-to creative content production, including pre-production research, filming on set through to post-production and delivery. You should have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual communication. As the Producer, you will support the production of high-quality video content for our platform. You will work closely with the Senior Producer and Editors to ensure the timely delivery of engaging and informative video content. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop creative concepts for video content that align with our brand and business objectives 
• Lead the production, editing and publishing of video content across all digital, mobile and social platforms 
• Deliver research and scout for video talents & KOLs 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content 
• Manage equipment, including cameras, lighting and sound equipment 
• Stay up-to-date with video production trends and technology 

Key Metrics 

• Monthly MAUs and user engagement 
• Brand perception 
• Team productivity and communication 

Skills, Experience and Competencies  

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Communication, or related field 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in video production/editing 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Strong storytelling and creative skills 
• Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Familiarity with video production equipment and techniques
