Lowongan Customer Service International / Sales International di PT Ecco Tannery Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Complete order information to planning team
• Update status order to customer
• Follow up payment, arrange daily delivery and provide related document to customer, like invoice, PL etc
• Receive and submit claim, complaint and product return/reject
• Maintain good customer relationship
• Provide reports for sales department, management team and customer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Management, Economic, Communication or any related major
• Minimum 3 years Customer Service experiences
• Acknowledge in International Trade would be advantage
• Business English proficiency, Business Chinese Language (Mandarin) proficiency would be advantage
• Proven experience with Excel data formulation
• Work independent, communicative, logically, patient, fast and eager to learn
• Work from office, location at Candi - Sidoarjo
