PMA furniture company in Sidoarjo is looking for experienced Warehouse Supervisor.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

*S1 degree from reputable universities with minimum 3.0 GPA 

*Industrial Engineering major is a plus

*Had minimum five (5) years experience managing warehouse team in size of 10-25 people

*Strong understanding on warehouse process flow that involve a lot of different item and materials

*Fluent in English

*Good with Excel to analise data

*Displays good judgment in the face of changing priorities and multiple problems. Ability to anticipate, identify, and solve difficult problems with effective solutions

*Organised and detail oriented

*Experience with ERP software implementation is a plus

*Production planning and scheduling experience a plus

*Knowledge in wood furniture industry is a plus

*Good critical thinking and problem solving skills

*Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation skills required

*Proactive, effective leadership, team and management skills

*The ability to motivate the workforce is a key component for success in this role

*Able to provide coaching and direction to supervisors

RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION

*Ensuring all PICs work accurately and data input does not exceed the specified target time

*Analyze if there is an inaccurate stock, is it due to undisciplined SOPs, unqualified human resources, shortage of ERP systems, etc. and find a solution so that the same incident does not happen again.

*Proactively seek solutions to improve the accuracy of stock data, such as new SOPs, new Excel file overview, labeling in the field, inventory systems, software development

*Be proactive in reviewing the arrangement of goods so that there are no defects in goods produced during loading / unloading of goods, as well as during the accumulation of goods.

*Proactively enforce operator / driver / vendor discipline to always care about the condition of the goods to avoid goods defects.

*Be proactive in reviewing and providing solutions for effective and efficient stacking methods so that goods are safely transported

*Proactively review the work plans of each PIC and Helper every day, so that the load between PIC and Helper can be evenly distributed.

*Planning manpower needs according to warehouse capacity need

*Provide specific and measurable work targets for each job in overtime

*Supervise and ensure warehouse operators always work effectively (with or without supervision).

*Analyzing potential bottle neck space in the field and preparing solutions to avoid accumulation of goods

*Proactively review the WIP load for each PIC and find a solution if something is overloaded.

*Coordinate with other divisions so that warehouse SOPs can be adhered to and executed in a disciplined manner.

*Ensuring data requirements and product accuracy can be presented in a complete, correct and updated manner

*Mastering WH SOPs in detail, both in terms of system administration, reporting warehouse, and also potential problems.

*Looking for solutions and formulating SOPs, whether it's system procedures, reporting, transactions, etc. to avoid problems (eg space, document delays, discrepancies, poor handling, Warehouse conditions, etc.)

*provide new innovations continuously to improve the quality of the Warehouse both in terms of field, SOP and administration

*Plan and provide direction, review performance output and attendance, provide discipline to the Team Leader / Worker. Discuss complaints and resolve problems from subordinates.

*Building good teamwork which will ultimately affect high productivity.

*Actively involved in Continuous Improvement in all aspects of the company, both inside and outside the company.

*Implementing the 5R system, keeping the warehouse area clean and comfortable
