We are looking for potential candidates to join us for a position as Logistic Officer to be placed in our Head Office Jakarta. As a Logistic Officer, you will be able to maximize yourself in Goods Packaging and also monitoring the expedition process. So that you are expertise about goods monitoring and administration, also keep the logistic quality required to the company regulation

.

What you'll need :

• Possess minimum Diploma degree in any major.
• Fresh graduates with good accuracy in administration are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
• Proven experience managing logistics and/or expedition operations.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and fast learner.
• Neat, focused, detail-oriented and perform teamwork spirit.

What you'll contribute :

• Goods packaging in each shipment according to the company regulation.
• Logistic administration (including cost expenses) and able to input all of the expedition lists using internal systems.
• Outbound processing and monitoring all of the goods distribution with related parties (messenger and/or shipper).
• Inbound handling from external parties and distribute to users.
• Preparing logistic reports (periodically) and coordinate with the supervisor.
