Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at Bachelor’s Degree Psychology

- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the end-to-end recruitment process

- Experience in Manufacturing industry

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (In English and Bahasa Indonesia)

- Job Interviewing & Analytical Skills

- Managerial and leadership skills

- Experienced in executing talent acquisition change programmes from both a strategic and operative level

- Willing to be placed at Cikupa Mas, Kabupaten Tangerang

Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs

- Direct the activities with development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of user

- Responsible for the execution of initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants

- Measures team performance against maintaining consistent standards for all applicants and ensuring compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting

- Promote the Brand Awareness to candidates and external
