Qualifications

• Min. S1 majoring in Communication, Advertising, Marketing
• Having min 2 years of experience as a Marketing/Event/Partnership or similar role
• Familiar with the execution and technology of offline and virtual events
• Solid knowledge of relevant brands for partner mapping
• Having a passion on Jewellery's Fashion / Luxury Fashion
• Having a creativity to have B to B to C process for Marketing / Branding
• Having a good communication skill Mobile person
• Required Skill(s): Market research, Event Planner, Public Relations, good at Microsoft Excel and creating a good presentation document
• Having previous experience in media relation will be good
• Good time-management skill
• Flexible and independent, with ability to work with details in fast-paced environment                                     
• Excellent and persuasive communication skills both written and spoken in English and Bahasa
• Resourceful, high initiative and self-driven person
• Hard-working and able to handle several projects at the same time
• Willing to work over the weekend when needed

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies to maintain customers, through events and partnerships.
• Proactively seeking every opportunity for event and partnership as a part of implementing Bening Luxury brand awareness and for potential sales conversion.
• Align with company marketing strategy or direction and translate into event, partnership, and branding activities.
• Understanding of offline event structure from technical preparation, content, rundown and cue card development, marketing gimmicks and promotion to increase event success rate.
• Work collaboratively with the other marketing functions to ease the execution.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing communication efforts
