REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 30 years 
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related business field.
• More than 5 years work experience as HR Generalist in Manufacture Industry, or at least 3 years in Managerial level.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• People management skills.
• HR functions and practice knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Can work under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Organizational and conflict management skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
• Good BEI skill.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle relation with union
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and system.
• Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
• Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
• Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
• Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
• Report on general HR activity.
• Always up-to-date to HR practice and regulation.
