Requirement;

1. Max. 33 Years Old
2. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
3. Minimum having 3 years experience in business of development & investment promotion of franchise chain enterprises is preferable
4. Good Mandarin communication is a must (Speaking & Writing)
5. Strong communication and coordination ability, and observation, judgment and contingency ability
6. Have a good sense of service, teamwork spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure
7. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
8. Outstanding organizational and good time-management

Job Responsibilities;

1. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2. Collect store information, and provide the company and customers with appropriate store location information
3. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
5. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
7. Be responsible for the preparation and compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports and reports of various investment promotion indicators, and report investment promotion trends at any time
8. Help customers understand relevant policies of the company in time and coordinate the relationship between the company and customers
