Lowongan Tour Operation Assistant Manager for Asia Market - Mandarin Speaking di PT Jtb Indonesia

Role :

1. Attending day-to-day activities with high professional and sufficient way.
2. Reply all agents inquires on time with high professionalism, well presented offers, full needed information and most competitive rates to materialize maximum business.
3. Handling contract hotel and activities for Asia market including campaign and promotion.
4. Develop new products including research and costing for Asia market
5. Creating proposal/ packages for new enquiries and to distribute to outside partners in Asia.
6. Communicate with potential clients including find new leads; create, submit and follow up proposal; create action plan for upcoming clients and arrange appropriate manpower.
7. Inspect hotels and check their current situation/ learn their product
8. Ensure that all work executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with services booked as per each files requirements.
9. Facilitating for smooth and easy execution of services from arrival till departure.
10. Arranging for meet& assist, accommodation, transportation, restaurants, guiding and other related services, according to client itinerary.

Requirement

1. A bachelors degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years in tourism industry, 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role
3. Proficient in Mandarin & English both writing and verbal communication
4. Team Player and able to cope with pressure
5. In-depth experience in a technical field
6. Meticulous and attentive to detail
7. Candidate must show positive attitude and willingness to learn during probation period
8. Able to work with Ms Office
9. Excelent interpersonal skill
10. Able to join immediately
