Work details

• Monitoring & operating IT security service
• Customer Service Support Desk
• Willing to work shifts: 3 shifts work (#1 9:00-18:00, #2 17:00-26:00, #3 01:00-10:00)

Responsibilities

• Check the status of the security system
• Receive service calls from customers via email, phone, and chat
• Determining customer needs, Problems and responding accordingly
• Escalate to L2 security engineers if needed
• Escalate to engineers in the event of a security system problem
• Create reports for security incidents in the customer environment

Requirements

• Required language for communication in English (verbal and written) is a Must
• Japanese Listening & Speaking (Equivalent to N3)
• Basic IT knowledge
• Willingness to learn IT technology & IT security
• Understand the basic concept of Security Technology (e.g. FW, IDS/IPS, EPP/EDR, NDR, CASB, SIEM)
• Understand the basic concept of CIA (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability)
• Investigate and identify incidents and alert ticket
• Manage incident or alert ticket
