Overview:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for executing comprehensive test plans, identifying defects, and providing valuable feedback to the development team. Your attention to detail and thorough testing practices will contribute to delivering high-quality software to our end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team lead and stakeholders to understand project requirements, create comprehensive test plans, and define test cases covering various scenarios.
• Develop detailed and well-structured test cases (functional, usability, and performance aspects) based on project specifications and user requirements
• Perform manual testing to validate the functionality of the software against the test cases and feature delivery
• Clearly and accurately report through a Document test results, including defects and issues found during testing
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution reports
• Work closely with the development team, lead, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
• Evaluate the software's usability and user experience to ensure it meets the desired level of end-user satisfaction

Requirement:

• Bachelor's or diploma degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or an equivalent experience and relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with various Testing Methodologies
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive test cases and user scenarios
• Should be capable of documenting and reporting defects effectively
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to operate Google Sheet, Excel, and/or Software Issue Tracker
• Automated testing, Basic Programming, SQL and Scripting Knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
• Having a basic understanding of popular test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Katalon would be a plus (not mandatory)
• Willingness to work in Surabaya (WFO - Work From Office)
