As our F&R Intern your key responsibility is to conduct extensive research of the market, and competitors and keep yourself up to date on developments. In addition, you will be a keeper of all internal project-related knowledge and ensure the accessibility of this knowledge in a centralized database. Your feasibility studies will be used by internal stakeholders to make the best decisions possible when it comes to potential real estate partnerships as well as impact decisions made by the major real estate developers of Indonesia.

• You will be responsible for extensive data collection and processing via primary and secondary research of property market including but not limited to:Land, prices & availability Infrastructure and future government projects Design & construction costs Financing insights & assumptions Geographical market and trend analysis
• You will manage a project knowledge database, acquired from public knowledge, research, sales data, and other sources to create a comprehensive insight into the market
• You will assist various internal stakeholders with analysis, projections, and presentations for new opportunities

• A Data person: someone who enjoys working with Data and Excel to provide solutions and tools for the company
• Analytical Mind: someone who answer questions based on data and analytical reasons behind it
• Mature, ambitious and self-driven: leads by example, brings the fire to work evey single day, and able to face problems
• Critical and Resourceful: a 'why' person. Thinks critically and puts in the additional effort to get to the right conclusion, dares to challenge the status quo and is always on the lookout to improve
• A third-year university students or a freshgraduate from good Indonesian or foreign university
• Good command of Excel/Google sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
• Have a good command of English language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Have a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target
• Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn
• You are persuasive and customer centrist
