Job description & requirements

Job Descriptions:

- Monitor and record all channel (Call Center, Email, and WhatsApp for Business)

- To Develop CS Health Service and improve performance related client requirement

- To ensure operational Customer Service runs well 24/7

- Prepare report performance call to leader

- Make sure all team ready train about new client

- Make a report attendance and allowance Customer Service.

- Minimum qualification Diploma or Bachelor degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Record or other medical-related fields.

- Excellent knowledge of health insurance policy, health claims procedures, and terminology

- Excellent knowledge of medical terminologies especially for treatment and surgeries or insurance

Additional Skills:
- Having experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader with length of years experience must be at least 2 years
- Having experience at insurance industry is an advantage, but customer service is must
- Having experience in leading team consist of min 18 members under her/him
- Good communication both in spoken and written English
