Lowongan Engineer Unit Process Engineering di PT Infineon Technologies Batam

In this role, your responsibility is to handle process engineering jobs in the Trim and Form process.

In your new role you will:

• Unit process know-how. Fast, precise, and reliable problem-solving and disposition.
• Analysis, controlling, and improvement of Process KPIs (e.g. Yield, Quality, etc.).
• Understand Process specifications, direct material, and indirect material knowledge, process documentation (control plan, FMEA, OJTI, TBD), and failure catalogs.
• Overseeing the process, providing process documentation and operating instructions, support quality audit.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making - Cause & Effect Diagram, 3x5 WHY, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), 7 QC tools GCM (Nermal), 8D, PFMEA.
• Capable to liaise with the cross-segment functional teams in joint collaboration topics. And Handshake with Developments on new package/product developments including new process qualification. 

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, electronic, or Physics engineering.
• Familiar with the Trim and Form process.
