The role of the pre-sales consultant is  to be responsible for providing pre-sales (technical /  functional) support to prospective clients and customers  while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal  supervision. Develop and deliver high quality standard  presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate  advanced product features and benefits, product direction  and overall WAY4 solutions. Design, validate, and present  software solutions to include advanced product concepts,  future direction and 3rd party complimentary products

Purpose: Participate in the ownership of the technical relationship with future and existing clients 

Objective: Successfully promote our solutions to our clients 

Main Responsibilities :

• Represents the organization in customer-facing communication 

Support and proactively engages in the sales cycle through answering RFIs, RFPs, conduct product  demonstrations, PoCs and hands-on workshops. 

Confidently present industry and domain focused expertise and convey understanding and professionalism to  prospective customers. 

Promote the solution, create and deliver initial high level technical presentations to our customers at all levels  within their organization. 

Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of new products enhancements, product best practices  and procedures. 

Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to customers and prospects 

Able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience  knowledge and interest, and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels.  

Take ownership of technical support for tenders bidding 

Draft proposals 

Requirements :

Educated to degree level in IT 

Preferably with payment industry background 

Minimum 2 years relevant work experience 

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel 

Very good understanding of Oracle database architecture and technology; knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle  DBA activities is a plus 

Good understanding of UNIX; ability to manage LINUX virtual machines is a plus.
