Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and leading the sales team/members, and providing strategic sales plans.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans & projects, monitor, review and report sales activities & results.
• Customer research analysis, current market conditions & competitor information.
• Maintain good customer relations, conduct effective probe, inquire about customer concerns, and attend customer calls.
• Actively seeking new sales opportunities through networking.  
• Have excellent knowledge of property industry.
• Sales driven, has a high level of initiative in the sales process.
• Train, coach and direct the sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Have an active driving license and own vehicle are must.
• Willing to work at Bekasi and Bogor Area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• Having a competency certificate in a related profession is an advantage.
• Strong sales background with minimum 2 years working experience as Sales/Marketing Manager specialized in Property Industry.
• Experience working as a sales/marketing Professional in the property industry for at least 5 years.
• Must have the ability to plan, create, implement and analyze various marketing and promotional strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Must have the ability to create and manage all marketing materials in line to management targets.
• Must able to market landed residential (housing) in retail and collectively.
• Capable of developing strategies related to the sales process.
• Proven sales and sales methodologies track record.
• Self-driven and result oriented person.
• Good communication & coordination skill.
• Creative and innovative.
• Has a huge consumer database.
• Able to engage at least 5 new salesperson is a must.
