Requirement :    

1. Excellent communication and public speaking skills. 
2. Develop and create fresh concept of mobile content and App
3. Highly sociable and experienced working in entertainment industry/ production house is a must.  
4. Excellent team-player.  
5. Highly initiative and creative thinker for planning the future development of the program. 
6. Detail-oriented and able to do administrative tasks.  
7. Performing well under pressure and having good time-management skills (ability to work under tight deadlines). 
8. Excellent in Basic office (word, PowerPoint, excel). 
9. Strong written and oral communications abilities in Bahasa Indonesia, Korea and English; fluent in both written and oral 
10. Outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker.  

Job Descriptions:

1. Working closely with the production director to plan the project. 
2. Assists production director regarding project’s administration. 
3. Develop New Partners relating with Artist, talent, Influencer. 
4. Operate Mobile Advertisement / SNS Ad/ YouTube
5. Develop user interface/journey for portal and Apps.
6. Reserves meeting or event space. 
7. Reports directly to the production director if any issues, problems, updates, or questions occur. 
8. Assists in drawing up employee or talent contracts. 
9. Manages budgetary and other financial issues relevant to the projects. 
10. Plans activities and special events related to the program. 
11. Presents development ideas to the upper level.
