• Create Internal Memo of Trade Marketing Program and Budget Plan Marketing & Corp. Affairs
• Coordinate with the Ops team for buyer & seller vouchers
• Coordination with Finance & Procurement for budgeting and payments with vendors, subscriptions, digital ads, program expenses, etc., use of PR Netsuite & follow up PO.
• Reimbursement and Cash Advances
• Social Media Management, schedule posts from the creative & content marketing team
• Monitoring cooperation agreements on ongoing programs (MPOS, Loyalty Program, etc.)
• Update the budget realization of all marketing dept
• Placement at Gading Serpong
