Main Responsibility:

Responsible in all aspects of safety, healthy, and environment policy and procedures so that all employees have a safe and healthy environment and the organization complies with all current regulations.     

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree major in K3 / Kesehatan Lingkungan / Teknik Industri / Teknik Kimia from reputable university.
• Have Ahli K3 Umum Certificate
• Demonstrated strong ability to develop safety, healthy, and environment area
• Having proven experience in HSE and compliance with regulation
• Preferably staff or supervisor in related field with minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing
• Able to communicate in English both oral & written

Job Description:

• Conduct safety, healthy, and environment audits and on site inspections to identify workplace hazard and unsafe equipment, working practices, or working conditions
• Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence
• Educate and train the organization's workforce of safety, healthy, and environment to ensure that they understand comply with the organization's safety and environment policies or standard.
