We are looking for an experienced HR – Talent Acquisition Manager, who responsible to create, analysis, review and fulfil Manpower Planning (MPP) in order to find the right talent (quality) and the right time (SLA hiring) to maintain diversity of religion, tribes, gender and generation.

Job Description:

Manpower Planning

1.    Coordinate with OD Specialist to ensure Manpower Planning (MPP) for next year.

2.    Coordinate with OD Specialist to create job descriptions, KPI for positions.

Sourcing & Hiring

1.    Coordinate with hiring managers to identify candidate selection criteria.

2.    To source, identify, screen, interview, test, offer, hire candidates for various roles in the company.

3.    To meet SLA Hiring

On Boarding

1.    Coordinate with Talent Development Specialist to conduct on boarding program.

2.    To ensure 12 months tenure successfully for new employees.

Employer Branding

1. Coordinate with HR Manager to develop and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
2. Coordinate with HR Manager to organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

Report

Coordinate with HR Manager to monitor and provide report about Fulfilment rate, SLA Hiring, and Engagement rate for recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Public Relation / English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferable from reputable medical devices distribution company.
• Professional credential, such as Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) / HR Certification from reputable organization.
• Have a hands-on and good experience with Job portal (Linkedin, Jobstreet), Social Media (Instagram, Tik Tok), tools of Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) and Microsoft (Power Point, Excel, Word).
• Have a hands-on and good experience in delivering psych test and analyzing the result, developing ability test, checking background.
• Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written).
• A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities.
• High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
