Job Description:

• Planning, design, costing, construct our retail store
• Scope out project requirements and objectives, developing detailed project plans accordingly
• Oversee day to day project operations, ensuring that projects remain on track
• Liaise with third-party vendors as needed for services required for project completion
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing status updates to management as needed
• Reviewing plans for new stores or remodeling existing stores to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Creating reports detailing project progress, budgets, and results to ensure that projects are completed on time
• Perform quality assurance checks on completed projects before completion
• Implement costing process and communication with vendor/contractors/landlord/procurement for BOQ, appoint letter, PO, material selection, workscope
• Project control administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Architecture, Interior Design or related majors
• Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in project management retail
• Proven track record of successful project management from Zero
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Able to work independently or with team to meet deadlines project
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
