ADMIN FOR TRUCKING 

Requirement :

* Age : maximum 30 years old .

* Education Level : minimum Bachelor Degree in Economic/Business Administration

* Working Experience minimum 1 year in Administration .

* Pro active and positive attitude .

* Willing to learn how to work within a team and independently .

* Able to operate computer (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Able to work under pressure .

Job Description :

* Able to follow SOP and working instruction .

* Done daily of trucking administration reports and issue POD .

* Control and monitor the documents relate with trucking activities as per required by customer .

* Monitoring truck schedules and truck routes to ensure safety and timely arrival in customer .

* Updating report that needed for KPI and Milestone required by customer .

* Able to communicate with various peoples to support trucking administration job .

* Updating any information relate with truck shipment in trucking database .
