We are electronics manufacturing company located in Cikarang Barat - Bekasi, West Java, and are looking for qualified candidate:

Assistant Manager Electrical Engineering

The candidate will ensure that correct electrical equipment and systems are procured, are installed properly, function correctly and maintained properly. The candidate will:

• Establish standards for electrical safety in the workplace and making sure they are met
• Manage the daily activities of the electrical department, including scheduling work tasks and directing subordinates
• Update electrical infrastructure in buildings and power grids.
• Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance control electrical facility.
• Keep the all activity run follow safety, government regulation & system run smoothly.
• Coordinate all technical activity related electrical and manpower in term of internal and external parties.
• Budget and spare part control for electrical activity.
• Report all activity and update to superior.

Daily Tasks:

• Schedule work tasks of subordinates and direct them and see tasks are done
• Inspect electrical equipments and systems to see these are in order
• Report to superior any urgent matter

Requirement:

• Master/Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in manufacturing industry
• Good command of English
• Preferably staying in Bekasi region
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills along with strong organizational ability
• Ability to troubleshoot any kind of problem and maintain safety and security of the electric equipments/installations
• Establish standard procedures and policies for Electrical department.
