1. Monitoring product development trial as per target that will be achieved
2. Monitoring matching product for commercial department
3. Packaging development (analysis, arranging and conducting packaging trial in production, making report of trial result to line management)
4. Product application development (developing/modifying/improving recipes, conducting the sensory evaluation to ensure it meets the customer needs/expectation).
5. BPOM registration (ensuring the BPOM MD number is still valid/doesn’t late for renewal)
6. Prepare and carry out the Screening Panelist (2 times per year for new candidates and refreshment for existing panelist)
7. Responsible for Training dan workshop in Chocolate Academy for customer engagement
8. Preparing sensory samples (cocoa powder/cocoa liquor/cocoa butter/product application) for customer visit to BT Cocoa
9. Product application for employee engagement program

Job Requirement:

1. Must be fluent in English
2. S1 Food Technology/S1 Chemical Engineering/S1 Life Science
3. Minimum 3 years in the same field
4. Having knowledge of product development and innovation for packaging and product application
5. Packaging & product application skill
6. Thinking and reasoning skills
7. Problem Solving Skill
8. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
