Responsible for handling General Affair and Procurement matters such as:

• Procurement of office supplies
• Procurement and monitoring of bank guarantees for project needs
• Maintenance of company assets
• Evaluating vendors
• Organizing room usage within the company
• Manage petty cash
• Monitor company licensing and legality documents

Mandatory Skills :

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Strong initiative, honesty, high discipline, well organized, result and detail oriented.
• Able to prioritize in handling assigned responsibilities/tasks, fast, and agile.
• Have a good knowledge of Google Spreadsheet
• Maximum age is 27 years old.
