Job Description:

• Taking full responsibility for all annual leave, attendance records, and other reports.
• Assisting HR Operations Manager for monthly payroll, tax and resolving payment issues such as day laborers, incentives, etc.
• Maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
• Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation such as BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan, Insurance and other office allowances.
• Supporting the development of performance review processes.
• Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods.
• Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Psychology, Human Resources management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience of working in a junior HR position, with good knowledge of general HR principles and practices.
• Up to date with new Labor and Employment Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan / UU Cipta Kerja).
• Good communication skills and capable of establishing strong connections with employees across all levels of the company.
• Experience of using key HR software and systems, such as Talenta or other related HRIS software.
• Experience in the Legal field is a plus
